Caps and Gowns –If you have not purchased your cap and gown, please contact Herff Jones at www.highschool.herffjones.com or 360-254-7870
* Try the cap and gown on as soon as possible to ensure that everything fits. Make sure that your gown has been pressed. Please do not wear your gown prior to the staging meeting at the fairgrounds on graduation day to ensure that your gown stays pressed.

Academic Awards Night – Wednesday, May 29th, at 6:30 p.m. in the Henley High School Cafeteria. Those attending will be invited by letter prior to the event. If you would like to be recognized at the Academic Awards Night, please submit proof (certificate, letter, etc.) of receiving an award/scholarship to Mrs. West, Ms. Landon, by Wednesday, May 22, 2024.

Last day to complete credit recovery in Henley Prep – Friday, May 31st. See Ms. Todd with questions.

Senior Check-Out & Fines/Fees – Deadline Wednesday, June 5th. Please pay any outstanding fines and/or fees. Please pay at the main office and for specific questions, contact Melissa Adkisson in the Main Office.

Last day of school for seniors – Wednesday, June 5th.

Senior Project Oral Boards – Wednesday, June 5th. Students will report for the a.m. session or the p.m. session. Students will be notified of their Oral Board time.

Senior Sunset – Wednesday, June 5th, Henley High School. More details TBA.

Baccalaureate – Thursday, June 6th at 7:00 p.m. Refuge City Church, 2610 Shasta Way. Remember to RSVP for Senior Gift, see poster. There is no cost to attend Baccalaureate.

Disabled Seating - Families of individuals with physical disabilities who need seating accommodations at Graduation, please contact Kathleen Todd, 541-883-5040 to reserve seating for disabled plus one, by Wednesday, June 5th.

Senior Breakfast – Friday, June 7th at TBD at Henley Elementary. Breakfast provided at no cost to seniors.

*Graduation Practice will be held Friday, June 7th at the Klamath County Fairgrounds event center and is mandatory, as students who do not attend will not be permitted to participate in Graduation.

Honors Stoles, Cords and Medallions – Will be given to students on the day of graduation, Saturday, June 8th.

Graduation – Saturday, June 8th at 2:00 p.m. at the Klamath County Fairgrounds Event Center. Doors will open for “first come, first served” seating beginning at 1:00 p.m. Students need to report to their designated area at 1:00 p.m. to participate in Graduation. (Students will find out where to report during Graduation Practice.) Reserved seating is not allowed. Graduates will be seated on the floor of the arena and there will be photo opportunities in front of the stand seating as they return to their seats after receiving their diplomas. A photographer will also take pictures of each graduate on stage and with their diploma.
