Students riding the bus are under the authority of the bus driver.
Fighting, wrestling or loud activity is not allowed on the bus.
Students will use the emergency door only in case of emergencies.
Students will be on time for the bus both morning and afternoon.
Students will not bring animals, weapons, or other potentially hazardous/dangerous material on the bus.
Students will remain seated while the bus is in motion, facing forward with their feet clear of the aisle.
Students may be assigned seats by the bus driver.
When necessary to cross the road, students will cross in front of the bus or as directed by the bus driver.
Students will not put their hands, arms, head or objects out the bus windows.
Students must have written permission to leave the bus other than at home or school.
Students will talk at normal voice levels; loud or profane/vulgar language is not allowed.
Students will not open or close bus windows without the permission of the driver.
Students will keep the bus clean and not damage it.
Students will be respectful to the driver, fellow students, and passersby.
Students who refuse to obey promptly the directions of the bus driver or refuse to obey expectations may lose their privilege to ride the bus.
